A career among listed and unlisted multinationals, industrial and service industry, top roles in public companies and 11 years as a manager in the second biggest Italian tour operator led him to a question: now what? Now creo, a tailor-made tour operator looking into the future.

After 15 years spent pampering his obsessive part, immersed in the books of huge companies, he asked forgiveness from his creative side and found creo. Now those numbers go hand in hand with poetry, soul, music, friends and kms, in the tour operator that once didn’t exist.

Thanks to her dazzling smile, bright eyes and an overwhelming energy, Anya has been nicknamed “spark” since university. She’s an authority on tourism: she’s been dealing with marketing, sales and customer service for almost 20 years. Today she enjoys doing it for creo.

Luigi is addicted to travelling. The first gift he remembers is a globe, is this a coincidence? So far, he has visited about half of the world and feels very lucky for it. He’s the captain of creo product. The rest of his life is dedicated to family, football, tv series and…aperitifs!

Few can say they are familiar with the world of tourism and travel agencies like Silvana; her knowledge is encyclopaedic. She has become a sincere friend and wise confidant to any travel agent. Haven’t you met her yet? If I were you, I’d do anything to remedy this.

He’s worked in tourism since he was 19 but the meetings, the handshakes, the hugs and the phone calls weigh more than his years. He feels at home working in travel agencies. He took a break but the love for tourism hasn’t come to an end: it might say goodbye but not farewell.

He’s mostly engaged in travelling or talking with travel agents. He doesn’t say “I love to travel” but rather “I am nuts about travelling”, as they say in Pesaro. His main trait: 16 years of Eden. Favourite destinations: Southeast Asia, Middle East, Indian Ocean and South Africa.

With more than twenty years of experience in tourism, Mattia knows perfectly well all the benefits of travelling, hence he turned it into a job. His favourite destinations? Africa, Indian Ocean, India, Indochina…parts of the world where nature is still the undisputed protagonist.

After 15 years at Eden, building tailor-made experiences is Giovanna’s specialty. Organising trips is no longer a job, but a passion. In her suitcase she always carries a novel and an agenda…where she fixes the dates of her next trip, it goes without saying.

«Namasté», Milena often says, and this says a lot about her. She lives with her head in the clouds and her eyes in the sky…and yet, she doesn’t daydream. Airlines, routes, connections and super fares are her daily bread. She wanted to be a pilot and came very close.

Valeria loves travelling, adventure and her work. She’s got 10 years of experience in the dream team Made and today she feels fortunate to be part of the creo family. She lives to discover the details of the world, understand new cultures and communicate with people.

A year of studies in California, the Erasmus in Greece, au pair in Panama…Maria Chiara standing still in one place? Unimaginable. What do all these destinations have in common? The sea, of course. She is well aware of the beauty of our planet, that is why she wants to protect it.

Elena has Spritz-colored hair, the curiosity of a cat, and the energy of a volcano. She just can’t sit still. Her comfort zone is an unknown destination. She’s got a black belt in The Caribbean, North and Central America and 4 years of training in Made youth academy.

Federica is a wonderful contradiction, two souls coexist within herself: the jester and the perfectionist. The whole creo team loves her. Her mantra “travelling is a serious thing” is the perfect state of mind to create unique experiences and support travel agencies.

Almost 13 years in tourism, 10 with Made and 2 in Australia among quokkas and koalas. Her suitcase is always at hand, her curiosity is insatiable, the desire to travel is permanently ignited. Her favourite destinations: Australia, Oceania, North and South America, The Caribbean.

A sensational expert in sales for The East, The Middle East, The Indian Ocean, Africa and The Pacific. Luana has been working in tourism since 2005 and, like all of us, she is crazy about travelling, creating trips, designing and organising them.

“What is your hero? MacGyver or Indiana Jones?” While he was looking for the answer to this Hamletic doubt, he worked for more than 10 years in one of the main Italian tour operators and today continues to build tailor-made itineraries to Patagonia, the Andes and the Amazon.

Raised with the myth of the USA and California dreaming, in his 10 years in the world of tailor -made tourism Giacomo has trained a lot “in the field”. And now, for Creo, he builds travel packages as if he is travelling with you: guarantee of a memorable experience.

Eleonora seems to inhabit two parallel worlds. On one of them, she is a dreamer, oblivious and carefree. On the other, she is precise, reliable and responsible. Born under the sign of Pisces, she goes wherever her heart takes her, but hates packing her bags.

For sixteen years (16!), she’s been dealing with accounting with the sun in her voice and the light in her eyes: do you find it easy? Simona does. To her, it comes naturally. Every travel agent loves her, thanks to her accuracy and patience. Well, we do too.
